The First Miles
Ran the last miles of the year today but it was so much more
Started in the cold yet ended up so warm
The light was only dim at dawn but when we finished it was bright
Great connections and a place to rest to watch the waves roll in
Friends swim in from the ocean blue, the sky is now so bright
Thank you for this moment this last run was so right
We started in the cold this morning yet ended...
